Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Here’s a healthy breakfast shake you’re sure to love, combining peanut butter with protein powder and protein oats. The best part is it’s so simple and quick to make – not to mention super tasty!

 

Prep time:  5mins           

Here’s what you need:

  • Red Tractor protein oats               50g
  • Low-fat milk                                 1 cup
  • Low-fat cottage cheese               1 cup                
  • Peanut butter                              2 tbsp
  • Chocolate whey protein powder   1 scoop or 25g protein    
  • Ice                                           1 cup               

 

(Servings: 2 small)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a countertop blender such as the Nutribullet or Ninja blender. Blend on high for at least 20secs continuous until mixture is a smooth consistency. Enjoy!

Nutritional Analysis (1 small serve): 345 calories, 11g Fat, 21g Carbs, and 40g Protein.
