Here’s what you need:
- Red Tractor protein oats 50g
- Low-fat milk 1 cup
- Low-fat cottage cheese 1 cup
- Peanut butter 2 tbsp
- Chocolate whey protein powder 1 scoop or 25g protein
- Ice 1 cup
(Servings: 2 small)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a countertop blender such as the Nutribullet or Ninja blender. Blend on high for at least 20secs continuous until mixture is a smooth consistency. Enjoy!
