Amanda: Chinup progression

ladies: Want to progress faster towards doing a full Chinup? Try this variation. Start with your feet on a raised box/platform - or if you're at a more advanced strength level, on your tiptoes like Amanda does. This allows your body to gradually adapt to pulling your full weight, without making it too easy like an Assisted chinup with Bands does. Each week you can progressively take away levels until your feet hang lower and eventually completely unsupported. Try it ?
