Deadlifting from a Deficit (feet raised on a platform) increase the range of motion your legs and hips have to go through to complete the lift. Using a much wider grip (Snatchgrip) on the bar increases the stress and workload on your upper back. Using both combines makes this one heck of a tough exercise - watch how long it takes me to complete each rep with good form! Great full-body strength builder >:)
