Why do Barbell bentover Rows? Not only do they help build an imposing upper back, but the strength gains from this key exercise carry over directly to your Deadlift and Bench Press.
Here I tried something new: doing them on the Rack, which I found puts less strain on the lower back. Managed to hit 100kg for 4 sets of 8-10, at the very end of my Chest/Back workout ?
