Back Day: New Exercises

Back Day is always a fun workout for me because every exercise can be loaded up with fairly heavy weight – forcing me to focus harder on safe technique while pushing myself harder physically too. Here I added 3 new exercises to my routine emphasizing upper-back strength and size: Snatchgrip Rack Pulls, Underhand-grip Barbell Rows and Prone Dumbbell Rows. Big weights coming soon ✊
