Front Squat: 100kg x 5

testing my strength on this tough exercise for the first time in over a year....100kg x5, still got it! Front Squats are great for:
1) teaching your body to get lower depth on weighted squats
2) promoting better posture throughout your Thoracic spine by strengthening the upper back
3) activating your entire core by forcing you to hold an upright upper body
4) zoning in on your Quads and Glutes
