Weighted Dips are the ultimate upper-body Strength builder. Here myself and Marc​ hit new personal Records, me getting 50kg for 4 sets x 5 and Marc hitting 47.5kg for a set of 6 - he's catching up to me! Next step: work on consistent depth for each rep ⬇
