Prone Pistols

I’ve recently added a new exercise to my Leg Day that I’d never done before: the Prone Pistol Squat. Suggested to me by my good mate Jun Zaldivia, whom I played basketball with for many years, this is seriously one great tool for generating explosive single-leg power during athletic movements. It teaches you to fire your calves, hamstrings, butt and quads quickly from a dead stop while supporting your entire body + extra weight.
As you can see, I struggled to stabilize at the midpoint, while Jun transitions smoothly like clockwork - Thug Style ? my 2nd attempt with 15kg was slightly better ?
