Bader low-box Squats 120kg

Bader's lower body power has come a long way in just a short time. 8 weeks ago he said he wanted to improve his hip strength and functionality, as they'd always been tight and restricted. This achievement of 120kg x 5 on the lowest box with good form is double what it was when we started 2 months ago, and shows he can now activate his glutes and entire posterior chain at a strong level - excellent work!
