Technique Analysis: the Dumbbell Row. A great exercise for improving your posture by strengthening your entire upper back, people commonly get technique errors on this one. Although my client Keith's form is decent here, Jerri displays perfect form by keeping her hips stable, torso lower to the ground, minimal body swinging, control of each rep using the target area (as opposed to too much arm-momentum by Keith), neutral head position to reduce neck strain, and most importantly a deliberate squeeze at the top of each rep to activate the muscle effectively.
