Chinups: TRAIN THEM!

two of my strongest male clients Marc Chuan Wang and Bader Al-Mansour repping out 15kg Weighted Chinups, and me doing 50kg. The supinated (underhand grip) Chinup is great for both aesthetic and functional purposes: for working your Lats which help create that V-shaped torso, and for strengthening your biceps and grip which help with exercises that require you to hold/pull something heavy - pretty much every exercise in the gym!
